Terms of use

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms apply to churches using PHTRACK and to the people on their team who sign in. They’re written to be read.

The pilot

PHTRACK is in a pilot. It’s free for pilot churches while it lasts. If we introduce pricing, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before anything changes, and you can stop using PHTRACK and take a copy of your information with you.

Your church’s responsibilities

Your information

Your church owns the information it puts in PHTRACK. We look after it as described in our privacy policy, and only use it to run PHTRACK for you. Ask any time for a copy, or for it to be deleted.

What we provide

We work hard to keep PHTRACK reliable, secure and backed up, and we’ll fix problems as quickly as we can. But during the pilot PHTRACK is provided “as is”: we can’t promise it will never be unavailable or never have a bug, so please don’t rely on it as the only record of anything critical.

Changes and ending

We may improve or change features over time. Either of us can end your church’s use of PHTRACK at any time. If we ever close PHTRACK, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and a copy of your information.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount your church paid for PHTRACK in the previous 12 months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
